Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of SEO and consulting services from SEOO Space (“we”, “us”, “our”) made through https://www.seoo.space.

Because our services are digital, time-based, and involve expertise and analysis, our refund rules are different from those for physical products.


1. General Policy

By purchasing any service from SEOO Space, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our services are intangible digital services (such as SEO audits, consulting, strategy, implementation, and ongoing SEO work).

  • Fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except as described in this Policy or where required by applicable law.


2. One-Time / Project-Based Services

Examples: SEO audits, strategy documents, one-time consultations, technical SEO fixes, etc.

  • Before work starts
    If you request a cancellation before we start any work, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion, minus any payment processing fees.

  • After work has started
    Once we have begun research, analysis, communication, or implementation, no refund is guaranteed. In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial refund based on the proportion of work already completed, at our sole discretion.

  • After delivery
    Once the agreed deliverables have been provided (for example: audit report, recommendations, call, or implementation), the service is considered completed and is generally non-refundable.


3. Subscription / Ongoing Services

Examples: monthly SEO retainers, ongoing optimization, reporting, etc.

  • Billing
    Subscription services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) according to the plan you select.

  • Cancellation
    You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or following the cancellation instructions provided with your plan.

    • Your cancellation will apply to future billing periods.

    • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current paid period.

  • Refunds for subscriptions
    We do not provide refunds for unused time in an active billing period once that period has started, unless explicitly required by applicable law or clearly agreed in writing.


4. Service Satisfaction (Scope-Related Issues)

We want our services to match what was described on our website or agreed with you in writing.

If you believe that the service delivered does not reasonably match the agreed scope or description, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your name and email

  • Date of purchase

  • The service purchased

  • A clear explanation of the issue

We will:

  1. Review your request and the original scope/description.

  2. Make reasonable efforts to correct or improve the deliverables so they match the agreed scope.

If, after our review and a reasonable attempt to fix any issues, we are still unable to deliver a service that reasonably matches the agreed scope, SEOO Space may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund, taking into account:

  • The amount of work already completed, and

  • The value you have already received.

Please note: This policy refers to service quality and scope, not to specific SEO outcomes.


5. Results & Performance Disclaimer

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, competition, your website changes, and your implementation of our recommendations).

For this reason:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or sales.

  • Refunds are not granted solely because results are lower than expected, rankings did not improve, or business goals were not met.


6. Billing Errors & Overcharges

We may provide a refund or credit in cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Clearly incorrect amounts being charged

  • A service being billed but not initiated or delivered due to our error

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@seoo.space within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue an appropriate refund or credit.


7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any ongoing services until the dispute is resolved.

  • We may provide documentation (invoices, email communication, deliverables) to dispute unjustified chargebacks.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first so we can review and resolve any issues directly.


8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on https://www.seoo.space with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
